Guarantee Terms & Conditions

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and we are confident that most customers will. Therefore, we offer two parts to our unique guarantee.

First, if you are not satisfied for any reason with the Door Wedgie, you can return it in undamaged and resellable condition within 30 days for a full refund less shipping charges.

Second, we offer a limited Lifetime (10 Years) Money-Back Guarantee on materials and workmanship. Any products that are defective or deteriorate beyond a usable state from normal wear and tear can be returned for an exchange. This does NOT apply to products altered, damaged or destroyed beyond normal wear and tear (i.e. getting chewed by the dog!). K3 Enterprises, Inc. will make the final determination on any returns. Please contact us before returning any products.

All requests along with the reason for returning must be emailed to: info@k3ent.com. Customer service will issue you a Return Authorization Number and complete instructions via email. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned product(s).

NOTE: We suggest you use a secure form or shipping as we cannot be responsible for any returns that are lost.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days in the form of credit to the credit card holder or check. Exchanges will be made within 10 days.

Items purchased in a store or other retail point must be returned to their original point of purchase.
